Services are delivered as agreed in a signed proposal, quote or contract. Scope, timelines and deliverables outside that agreement are considered out of scope unless confirmed in writing.
Fees quoted are exclusive of GST and any ad spend, which is billed separately. Payment terms are specified in the individual client agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, content, approvals and accurate information required to deliver services.
Final deliverables become client property upon full payment. Wit Source Technology retains rights to internal tools, frameworks and pre-existing creative assets.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including third-party platform policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.) affecting campaign performance.
